Fees paid to Alpha Trader Firm are for access to our evaluation and educational services. They are not investments, deposits, margin, collateral, or capital contributions of any kind.

All simulated trading activities occur within third-party demo platforms using fictitious funds. Participants have no exposure to real market risk, counterparty risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, or settlement risk. All "gains" and "losses" are purely notional and exist only within the simulated environment.

• Granted solely at the discretion of Alpha Trader Firm

The terms "trader," "funded trader," "funded account," "capital," "profit," "payout," "drawdown," "position," "lot," "pip," and similar terminology are used exclusively to refer to participants and activities within our simulated evaluation programs and do not imply:

• Licensure or registration with any regulatory body
• Employment, independent contractor, or agency status
• Authorization to trade live financial markets on behalf of any entity
• Access to real capital, real accounts, or real trading infrastructure
• Any professional title, regulatory status, or investment authority

Alpha Trader Firm participants are not registered traders, employees, agents, or representatives of any financial firm, brokerage, or trading operation.

Alpha Trader Firm does not accept, hold, custody, transmit, or manage client funds, securities, or any other financial assets. Users pay only for access to evaluation services and trading simulations. We do not offer, facilitate, or endorse any form of:

• Real-money trading or investing
• Securities or commodities transactions
• Gambling, wagering, or games of chance
• Money transmission or payment processing
• Custodial services for digital or traditional assets

All simulations are designed for performance benchmarking, trading education, and personal development only. No funds paid to Alpha Trader Firm are "invested" or placed at risk in any market.

Marketing materials or in-platform language may include terms such as "trader," "account," "funded," "profit," "payout," or "capital." These terms refer only to the participant's simulated status or performance in an evaluation setting and must not be interpreted as live market activity, capital allocation, or participation in investment programs.

We prominently display disclaimers clarifying the simulated nature of our services in all advertising, marketing materials, and purchase flows to prevent consumer misunderstanding.

Any income claims, payout amounts, or success stories featured in our marketing are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. Individual results vary, and the majority of participants do not receive discretionary rewards.

Alpha Trader Firm complies with all applicable U.S. and international sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). Our services are not available to:

• Individuals or entities located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
• Individuals or entities on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List)
• Individuals or entities on the Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List (SSI List)
• Individuals or entities on the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List (FSE List)
• Any person subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UK sanctions

We screen all users against applicable sanctions lists during registration and on an ongoing basis. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
